Whether a corporate or private relocation you may need all the help you can get in the preparation stages and on arrival. We can devise a package to suit your needs which may consist of existing services plus any of our other options:
- Orientation – we offer full and half day orientation trips to help acclimatize you and your family to your new home city and neighbourhood. We will develop the day around your needs so that every orientation is totally different. Many clients use this to help decide on a neighbourhood for their property search whilst others may use it for their family who are totally new to South Africa.
- Finance.... Whether you need advice on opening a bank account, getting a quotation for a mortgage and understanding what is involved, receiving advice about tax in SA or simply bringing your money into this country, Space can assist.
- Arrival Package – this package has been developed to ensure that your arrival is stress free. We will collect you from the airport and organise car hire if required. We will equip you with a map and details of all the key services and places you will need to know about during your first month in CT. We will also connect you with tried and trusted third parties should you require anything specific with which we are not able to help you. In addition we will provide one months worth of telephone support for all the questions which are bound to crop up during your initial weeks in a new country.
- Settling in Services – a service based on hours.
- We can check you into your new rental home and liaise with the third party to sort out any issues before you get to SA.
- We can source furniture, appliances or furnishings to your taste and budget prior to your arrival (getting your approval once we have issued photos via email) and arrange for delivery and installation into either a rental home or a property you have purchased.
- Utilities/Post/Broadband and Telephone etc. The likelihood is that the property you rent will need to be connected to all the key services, it may require pool cleaning/garden services and even domestic help. We can ensure that you have all the house services the property requires, internet connection and a functioning telephone either installed or booked to be installed depending on timing and, if required, a rental post box and TV licence.
