For those of you who have already found a property, but wish to maximise your potential savings on your new home, we can assist you with taking over the negotiation of the property on your behalf. We have access to software which will allow us to get a price comparison for similar properties in the area, giving us also the original selling price for the property. Not only will our experience and information benefit you whilst completing the offer to purchase document, making sure we include any special conditions that you require, but also, this will ensure that you get local knowledge and
an unemotional approach to the price negotiation, as well as the consideration of other elements of the sale into the mix.
Our fee for this service is 10% of the saving we make for you which includes:
- Completion with you of the agreement to purchase (a legally binding document confirming your intent to buy a property)
- Addition of and advice on any special conditions you are going to require in this document
- Price negotiation with the agent / or owner
- Negotiation of any additional aspects of the purchase to suit your needs.
- On call for any issues that may arise prior to transfer.
