Initial Consultation

We first gain an in-depth understanding of your requirements through a preliminary meeting, telephone conversation(s), review of the questionnaire or exchange of e-mails (and often a mixture of all of these!).

Property Search and Initial Preview

Once we have a very clear understanding of what you are looking for, we then start working with our network of reputable estate agents and private contacts to review appropriate properties, drawing up a short-list of all the homes that fit your criteria. Every property which matches your requirements is personally viewed by us. We send you detailed, electronic overviews including many photographs, an independent appraisal of each property including any positives AND negatives as well as rental forecasts (if requested). We will only send you the best of the properties available at that time giving a short-list of around 5 - 7 properties.

Advanced Orientation Trip and Client Viewings

If you are a newcomer to South Africa we can offer you a half or full day orientation to give you a greater insight into the different suburbs, life-style, facilities and what it is like to actually live here. If not, we will focus immediately on previewing the selected short-list, taking you to visit each property in turn with the agent involved.

Property Selection and Acquisition
