charge should we not save you the same amount (our final
home search fee) on your purchase. This fee structure
proves to you, the client, that we are totally committed
to getting you the best possible deal.
Our fee options are based either on
- the savings we make you, incentivising us to get you the lowest price on your new property purchase, or
- a set percentage giving you more control over the final fee.
The choice on which payment option to use is totally yours. We simply ask that you confirm which one you want to use in advance of the search.
