Our client was already resident in Cape Town so we were able to spend longer than normal on this search and also react even faster to new listings if we felt they matched the brief. Many homes we viewed were fabulous examples of some of the best Cape Town architecture, but often the level of finish was below our expectations, requiring additional spend and hassle for the client, on top of a premium price tag.

 
     
 
     

We heard about an executive home which was still being built and not yet “officially” on the market, which overlooks Mouille Point and the brand new Football stadium, backing onto the mountain in Upper Green Point, and our client was keen to pursue. This house is situated in one of the best roads in the area, with excellent security features and views from most rooms. The fact that the property was not yet completed meant that our client had input on the finish and was able to add the touches and quality that he needed prior to transfer.

 

The house is split over three floors with the middle floor living areas and the upper floor bedrooms positioned to maximise the views with full length windows throughout. The nearest beach is Camps Bay and the facilities of the V&A waterfront are also within very easy reach. The airport is a mere 20km away.

Finally there is too much of a gap above the single kitchen photo after the words “including the children.”

The asking price on this property was already very keen. We negotiated a final purchase price well within the clients budget.

Once occupation was negotiated, the Space Project Management Team took over the property and spent three months finishing this designer home to the highest standards including overall interior design finishes.
