The clients' brief evolved as we learned of special ties with Table Mountain (hence the requirement for a view of this magnificent landmark) and his passion for golf. The budget also had to be reviewed as it became apparent that a 'wow' house on the golf estate could not be acquired for the original budget. After viewing 7 properties within 2 days, the clients offered on a property which was not accepted. We advised them not to go any higher as we believed they would be paying an inflated price if they did. We used our contacts to find more property at very short notice and one of them turned out to be their dream home.
